And critically, none of that data flows back into Meta, so the algorithm still can't optimize for the conversions Amazon Attribution confirms happened.

UTM parameters are the other common approach — customizable tracking tags usable across traffic sources inside a standard analytics tool. Like pixels, they only track activity up to the point a shopper lands on Amazon; they can't confirm whether a purchase actually followed, which leaves the same gap in the data.
